Legal Assistant Required (Invermere, BC) (Position Filled)



We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to join our Invermere team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of legal and/or professional services industry experience, be energetic and outgoing and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities may include:

- providing administrative support to the lawyers and other senior staff,

- client communication, incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, filing, correspondence,

- answering phones, scheduling appointments and a variety of general office duties.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required and a working knowledge of PC LAW and/or eConvey would be an asset.
