Our practice area includes residential and commercial real estate conveyancing, corporate, wills and estates, business law and family law.
With a growing Alberta client base, we are seeking a Mobile Customer Service Representative located in the Calgary area. With a strong background in customer service and sales, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients experience a seamless transaction.
Responsibilities will include:
Witnessing legal documents at clients’ home or business
Travel within Calgary and immediate surrounding area
Communicating with parties involved in the transactions as required
Preparing reports and documentation
Adherence to timelines and following lawyer instructions
Qualifications and Qualities:
Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
Experience in sales and/or customer service
Willingness to become a commissioner for taking affidavits in BC (to be arranged prior to commencement of employment)
Ability to work independently
Above-average attention to detail and desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for clients
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Energetic and outgoing person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and readiness to help the business in its continued growth
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office.
