Full-Time Receptionist, Cranbrook, BC (Position Filled)

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Receptionist to join our growing team, based in our Cranbrook office.
Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling of appointments.
Distribution of mail.
Opening and closing client files.
Answering and routing of incoming calls.
Greeting clients.
Dealing with walk-ins.
Receipting, dating, sorting and routing incoming correspondence.
Addressing and sending outgoing mail.
Managing and receipting payments by credit card.
Understanding the whereabouts of lawyers and staff.
Delivery of documents on rounds and banking as required.
Ensuring the proper operation and stocking of copier, coffee and refreshments.
Maintaining the appearance of the office generally, watering and care of plants, kitchen is tidy and coffee ready for the next morning.
Data entry, dictation, typing of correspondence and precedents and other work as assigned.
Qualifications and Qualities:

You have a willingness to learn, are a real team player and are ready to help the business in its continued growth.
You have an attention to detail and desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
You have a proven knowledge of Microsoft Office.
